Key responsibility:

  • Drive the growth of new Lead Logistics business across Japan
  • Collaborate with Sales on targets and commercial direction setting
  • Support Sales to drive high quality pipeline inflow, including Sales enablement activities (training and local content)
  • Improve the win ratio through direct involvement with customers (with Sales), providing product expertise, value and pricing
  • Work with global stakeholders to scope complex solutions
  • Share Japanese customer needs with the Regional Product Development team

Key requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduated
  • At least 5 years' experience with a strong understanding of the Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry
  • Experience in identifying, qualifying and successfully pursuing new business opportunities
  • High spirit of customer centricity, commercial drive for growth and ownership
  • Good communication in both English and Japanese
  • Good in problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • The ability to manage a broad and senior set of stakeholders internally and externally

Performance Measures:

  • Win Ratio
  • Growth of new business closed won
  • Shared: Area PnL (Revenue, GP and EBIT)
