  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure strong coordination across Global, Regional, and Area teams for seamless execution of S&R initiatives.
  • Training & Capability Building: Deliver training programs and support onboarding to build S&R knowledge and leadership at all levels.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage regional reporting, ensuring accurate data, regulatory compliance, and actionable insights.
  • Risk & Compliance: Support risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and internal standards.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about learning and growth.
  • Team player, comfortable in a global, matrixed organization, and willing to dive into details.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Degree in safety, industrial engineering, quality, or related field.
