Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workload, schedules, and tasks of the transport team, providing clear direction and fostering safety awareness.
• Coordinate with clients to meet transportation KPIs and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Implement cost-efficiency measures and drive process improvements for seamless workflows.
• Manage transportation databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the vendor management team and provide feedback on transporter performance.
• Coordinate with transporters to resolve delivery issues and ensure proper POD documentation.
• Oversee effective use of OTM for planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics or Transportation).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics transport operations and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); business correspondence preferred.
• Knowledge of transport management systems (OTM), Loading Instructions (LI), Delivery Notes (DN), and transport procedures.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
