About the role

Job Description:

DXC Technology continues to invest heavily in the growth of its SAP Practice across the UK & Ireland. As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced senior SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead to shape our SAP strategy, accelerate market growth, and build world‑class SAP capabilities in close partnership with SAP and hyperscalers.

This is a high‑impact leadership role for a senior SAP professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, alliances, product innovation, and enterprise delivery.

The Role

As SAP CoE Lead, you will own and evolve DXC’s SAP Centre of Excellence, driving proactive growth, differentiated SAP offerings, and scalable delivery excellence. You’ll work closely with SAP, hyperscalers, DXC Business Development, and Delivery leadership to generate new opportunities, industrialise SAP products, and embed next‑generation, agentic‑enabled transformation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Market Growth & Opportunity Creation

  • Jointly identify, shape, and accelerate net‑new SAP opportunities aligned to SAP roadmap priorities

  • Lead account mining, whitespace analysis, and executive governance across strategic customers

  • Own SAP deal registration and co‑sell motions, including early opportunity shaping and value proposition alignment

  • Plan and execute SAP UKI market events, executive forums, and customer engagement programmes

SAP Products & GTM Offerings

  • Define, build, and launch repeatable, industrialised SAP GTM products

  • Develop clear product documentation, commercial models, and value cases

  • Transition offerings into Presales and Delivery with enablement, playbooks, and governance

  • Build Proofs of Value (Po Vs), business cases, and customer success stories

Alliances & Partner Leadership

  • Lead business development with SAP and hyperscalers across the UKI

  • Drive joint DXC–SAP–hyperscaler GTM motions and executive engagement

  • Manage co‑sell pipeline, SAP‑sourced revenue, and joint account planning

SAP & Agentic Transformation CoE

  • Build and scale SAP CoE capabilities aligned to local and global priorities

  • Establish deep expertise in SAP tooling (e.g. Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Activate, Walk Me)

  • Integrate AI and agentic‑enabled transformation capabilities into SAP offerings

  • Monitor alliance compliance, capability maturity, and delivery effectiveness

Who we are looking for – required skills & experience

  • A Senior SAP leader with deep delivery credibility (Technical or Solution Architect background)

  • Proven experience leading SAP at enterprise or global scale

  • Background in consulting, large scale programmes or SAP product organisations

  • Industry experience in at least one vertical (e.g. Manufacturing, Automotive, A&D, Consumer, Retail, Transport, Travel)

  • Strong background in SAP CoE leadership, product management, or solution ownership

  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP LoB solutions

  • Experience delivering large SAP transformation or continuous evolution programmes

  • Strong stakeholder, people leadership, and matrix‑influencing skills

  • Experience working closely with SAP partner ecosystems and hyperscalers

  • Exposure to AI, agentic SAP delivery, analytics, or SAP Industry Cloud solutions

  • SAP certifications (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, Industry Solutions)

  • Experience of running or transforming an SAP Centre of Excellence
