Job Description:

Summary

Perform and work with team on monthly payroll output to completely engage with employee flexi reimbursement claim validation and investment proof validation activity. Ensure, the assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline, co-ordinate with various payroll stakeholder and ensure all the required inputs are received on time.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure the fundamental payroll knowledge
• Ensure the policies and Income Tax Act with regard to employee flexi reimbursement
• Ensure the knowledge in employee flexi reimbursements claim validation as per statutory compliance
• Ensure the knowledge in all the company policies related to flexi reimbursements
• Statutory forms like PF, Tax etc.,
• Employee investment declaration & proofs validation activities
• Supporting employee payroll queries through service now tool
• Provide apt resolution on time for queries
• Connecting employees through teams call in case employee required virtual support
• Ability to handle the situation of escalations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
• 2 to 3 years of experience in India payroll support
• Strong knowledge in Payroll function
• Experience in flexi reimbursement policies and Income Tax Act with regard to employee investment proofs
• Knowledge in SAP, Workday and Excel
