About the role

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Required Skills:

  • 6–10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
  • Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium with Java
  • Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
