About the role

We provide support for MSSQL databases for clients across various industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and financial institutions.
Our team is formally divided into two sub-teams. In addition to the junior team, we also have a team of senior colleagues who work directly with the client and are always ready to help the junior team when needed. Each new colleague has a mentor during their first months in the team, who helps onboard them, and together they go through all the tools, tasks, and team-specific processes.

• Processing automatically generated alerts from monitoring systems.
• Identifying the problem and executing commands that lead to its resolution.

X perience and skills required

• Relevant expertise/experience in the field.
• Previous experience in database support will be considered an advantage.
• Certifications related to this field will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on shifts.
