About this opportunity:

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our diverse and inclusive team to contribute to the development and operation of telecom network management applications. In this role, you will blend hands-on solution development, automation testing, defect tracking, and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.

What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with sales, solution and delivery teams to ensure smooth software development from requirements until delivery.
• Work within the DevOps team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions for telecom network management systems.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring quality integration throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Design and execute functional, performance, and system integration testing (both manual and automated), analyze results, and produce actionable test reports.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Robot Framework, and programming languages like Python.
• Identify, log, and track software defects, collaborate closely with developers for timely resolution, and run automated regression test suites to maintain system stability.
• Create and refine technical documentation, including automation frameworks, test cases, test reports, and CPI documentation.

The skills you bring:

• DevOps and CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), with proven ability to optimize workflow efficiency through CI/CD pipeline development.
• Technical Testing Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of functional, performance, system integration, and API testing, coupled with experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases using advanced tools.
• Tool and Technology Competence: Proficient in Jenkins, Robot Framework, Git, SQL/Database management, Python, and Linux operating systems.
• Defect Management Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities for identifying, logging, and reproducing software issues via tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively involved in Agile practices and ceremonies while embedding quality standards across the SDLC.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for clear collaboration and documentation in a multinational corporate environment.
• Documentation Proficiency: Ability to draft and maintain comprehensive technical documents that support seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams.
