About the role

Job Description:

DXC Technology’s SAP Practice is continuing to grow across the UK & Ireland, and we’re looking for an experienced SAP Product Manager to help shape, build, and scale the next generation of SAP offerings for our customers.

This role is ideal for a senior SAP professional who has spent years in SAP presales and in designing & delivering SAP programmes and now wants to focus on turning SAP capability into repeatable, high‑value products — working closely with SAP, hyperscalers, delivery teams, and customers.

What you’ll be doing

At DXC, SAP Product Management is about much more than documentation. You’ll own SAP products end‑to‑end — from idea and market need, through design and launch, to adoption and continuous improvement.

Building SAP products that scale

  • Define and evolve DXC’s SAP product strategy in line with SAP’s roadmap, industry trends, and customer demand

  • Create and launch repeatable SAP GTM offerings across S/4HANA, BTP, industry and LoB solutions

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility

  • Clearly define each product — target customers, solution components, delivery approach, commercials, and value

Turning ideas into successful delivery

  • Work closely with Presales, architects, functional consultants, developers, and partners to bring products to life

  • Transition products into Presales and Delivery with clear enablement, playbooks, and guardrails

  • Build Proofs of Value (Po Vs) and strong business cases that help accelerate deals

  • Track adoption, performance, and customer feedback, and continually improve the offering

Working with SAP, hyperscalers, and partners

  • Play an active role in partner‑led business development with SAP and hyperscalers

  • Shape joint value propositions and support co‑sell and deal registration activities

  • Build strong working relationships across SAP GTM, Partner Development, and joint DXC–SAP teams

Supporting CoE and agentic transformation

  • Contribute to the ongoing build of DXC’s SAP & Agentic Transformation Centre of Excellence

  • Help embed SAP tooling such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Activate, and Walk Me into SAP offerings

  • Support the integration of AI‑ and agentic‑enabled DXC capabilities into SAP products

  • Capture delivery insight, success stories, and case studies to strengthen our market position

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring deep SAP delivery credibility, combined with the mindset of a product builder:

  • Extensive experience in SAP delivery, ideally as a Technical or Solution Architect

  • Proven experience designing, packaging, or owning SAP products or platforms

  • Strong hands‑on experience across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Line‑of‑Business solutions

  • Experience delivering enterprise‑scale products or transformation platforms

  • Deep understanding of SAP architecture and deployment models (cloud, hybrid, on‑prem)

  • Experience working in at least one industry (e.g. Manufacturing, Automotive, A&D, Consumer, Retail, Transport, Travel)

  • Comfortable working with SAP Activate, Agile ways of working, and modern delivery models

  • Experience collaborating with hyperscalers and SAP partner ecosystems

  • Strong roadmap planning, prioritisation, and value‑realisation mindset

  • Ability to translate business problems into clear, practical SAP solutions

  • SAP certifications and prior consulting or systems integration experience are a strong plus

  • Exposure to data, analytics, AI, ESG, or agentic SAP solutions is highly desirable

Why DXC?

At DXC, you’ll work at scale — with global reach, strong local autonomy, and deep partnerships with SAP and hyperscalers. You’ll have real influence over what we build, how we go to market, and how SAP is delivered for our largest clients.

In addition, DXC offers a competitive salary, bonus, and flexible benefits package designed to support you professionally and personally, including pension, private medical cover, wellbeing programmes, and ongoing investment in SAP and leadership development.

This is a chance to help shape a growing SAP Practice, build products that matter, and make a visible impact. If you want to turn deep SAP experience into products that scale, deliver real value, and shape the future of SAP at DXC we would love to hear from you!

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
