Roles and Responsibilities:

• Test development work completed in a Service Now instance.

• Contribute to and develop test cases for the Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Perform regression testing to support major upgrades and releases.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in industry.

• Service Now CSA (Certified System Administrator) preferred.

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Plus, additional Service Now knowledge/micro-cert of at least one: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
