HR & Payroll Specialist with Spanish Hybrid from Wroclaw(2 days per week in the office)Successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Perform tasks and functions ordered by supervisor

• Handling employees queries via phone, chat and mail

• Accomplishand report the status of all required training

• Contact with Spanish governmental entities

• Creating, reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation

• archiving all required documents both in electronic form

• preparing reports concerning the personnel administration process

• have an excellent command of English and Spanish

• have Bachelors' / Masters' degree

• are open-minded, positive and stress resistant person

• have can-do attitude

• have basic MS Office product knowledge

• have customer orientation

• have SAP/Success Factors and Service Now knowledge - as an asset!
