Who You Are:
A member of the Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Staff team
What You Will Be Doing:
You'll be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. You'll lead multifunctional subcontract management teams. Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. You'll also lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, (SOW) and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
You'll prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer

Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Department of Defense (DOD) contracts or TINA

Price Analysis and Negotiations Experience

Risk Analysis and Mitigation Experience
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years of experience; or a Master's Degree with 2 years of professional supply chain experience or related 8 years of professional supply chain experience
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontracts of various types for a Defense Contractor
- Extensive FAR 15, TINA, and FAR 12 Experience
- Unefinitized Contract Negotiation and Execution
- Executive level Presentation Skills
- Advanced skillset navigating SAP
- Root Cause Corrective Action Experience
- Department of Defense Procurement Lifecycle Knowledge

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
