Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING
As a Delivery Administration & Management Senior Staff, you will be instrumental in transforming our Supply Chain operations material delivery performance and executing strategic initiatives to support of end product deliveries across all of RMS. Provide insight on design and development of metrics/dashboards to support Supply Chain operations material deliveries.

THE WORK

• Travel to internal customer and supplier sites for meetings and reviews - 20% to 30%

• Liaison with internal business area Operations internal customer to gather priorities, initiatives and deliver value.

• Collaborate with Operations and Program teams to develop risk profiles for material and return to green plans.

• Help lead change management and training to Delivery Management team.

• Manage projects to ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions.

• Use metrics to drive impact and business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years supply chain experience
  demonstrated ability to build relationships
  ability to operate in highly matrixed environment

Desired Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools & material tools (e.i., Tableau, SAP, SMM, SDS, etc).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members.
  Aerospace experience preferred

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
