What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Sr. Integration and Test you will be responsible for leading system‑level software testing initiatives, crafting test strategies, and ensuring integration quality across complex platforms.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

This position may require flexible and non‑traditional hours to support critical mission timelines. • B.S. in STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering preferred)

• Experience in lab integration and test

• Experience with Weapons and/or Sensors Systems Integration
  Desired Skills:

• Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes.

• Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL).

• Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.

• Experience with Linux Operating Systems.

• Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.

• Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience.

• Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
  Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
