Lockheed Martin Space in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Early Career Contracts Management Associate. Do you have a passion for working on emerging technologies? The successful candidate will have the ability to evaluate and summarize new and existing Federal acquisition regulations, experience with detailed analysis of data, exhibiting high analytical ability attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data. Candidate must be willing to travel by air to U.S. Navy Customer and Lockheed Martin locations throughout the USA. Travel is occasional and infrequent (approximately 2-3 times per year more or less). Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Contracts Management, Business, Political Science, Law, Finance, Economics or related discipline

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint®, and MS Excel

Experience with detailed analysis of data

Willing to travel
-
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
Desired Skills: -
Exhibiting high analytical ability, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy with numerical data.

Ability to evaluate and summarize new and existing Federal acquisition regulations.

Excellent communication skills (online and in person). Must be comfortable and effective in preparing business writing, such as emails, formal, correspondence, proposals, and presentations - with a keen attention to detail, formatting, and structure.

Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Determination to drive results, communicate status, and coordinate progress about a variety of topics.

Proven track record of taking initiative to compose and communicate business-related plans or proposals.

Perform with humility, tact, and patience,
seeking insight and consensus.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off
