The Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) analyst will be supporting the financial management of the Sikorksy Line of Business Advance Programs.

This role will include all facets of program finance including establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), conducting Earned Value analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis using various enterprise toolsets including Cobra and SAP. The Senior Analyst will work cross functional alongside program management, IPT's, CAM's, engineers as well as our own F&BO organization to meet the expectations of this production program.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

• Earned Value Management Systems knowledge/experience.

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced application of Excel capabilities (knowledgeable in creation and operation of Pivot and Lookup tables), PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Heritage Sikorsky SAP, RMS SAP, COBRA and w Insight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
