THE JOB
The Cleaning Supervisor will work closely with our Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to ensure the venue is kept clean. The Cleaning Supervisor must speak both English and Spanish. They will act as a liaison between the cleaning crew and manager to make sure the team knows what is expected of them for each shift. This includes cleaning inside restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, and the venue as a whole. The Cleaning Supervisor will work with our Cleaning & Sustainability Manager before, during, and after shows to ensure orderly operation of restrooms and proper clean-up of the venue. Most shifts will be from approximately 5pm to 12am midnight, though hours may vary. Evening availability is required.
This position pays $25 per hour

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
-
Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
-
Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences
-
Work directly with our venue’s Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to lead the Show Cleaning Crew throughout the shift.
-
Translate instructions and important information to Spanish-speaking crew members.
-
Always keep the venue safe and clean, including but not limited to restocking restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed; cleaning bathroom facilities such as toilets, sinks, and floors; cleaning spills and other messes on an as-needed basis throughout concerts and events; and picking up and sorting trash as part of our sustainability initiative

Thoroughly clean all areas of front of house, including but not limited to bathrooms, employee break spaces, outdoor lounge areas, and VIP areas, as well as dressing rooms and office spaces backstage

Complete a cleaning checklist of all assigned areas

Ensure all areas are ready to welcome guests
-
Communicate effectively with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to ensure all cleaning needs are addressed in a timely manner
-
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
-
Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue.

Uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to the appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner.

Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
-
All non-union staff working to the end of a concert will be required to help in the post-concert venue clean-up process (commonly referred to as the Post-Show Pick).
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
-
Fluency in both English and Spanish
-
Background in cleaning preferred; general knowledge of cleaning supplies
-
Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours. Shifts may be outside of public transportation hours
-
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over, and remain standing for long periods of time
-
Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

Action-oriented and results-driven individual

The expected compensation for this position is:
$20.0 USD - $25.00 USD Hourly
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
