THE ROLE:

Live Nation’s Latin America Concerts business is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President, Legal – Corporate & M&A to serve as the senior legal leader responsible for all corporate, regulatory, and transactional legal matters for Live Nation Brazil Holdings. This executive provides strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder matters, ensuring alignment with both Brazilian legal requirements and the parent company’s global governance standards.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:

  • Oversee all corporate, regulatory, and transactional legal activities for the organization in Brazil.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on corporate governance, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
  • Lead and manage due diligence processes, transaction structuring, and contract negotiation in connection with acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the parent company’s global legal and compliance teams to ensure consistency with global policies, standards, and risk management practices.
  • Ensure the company’s corporate structure, regulatory filings, and operational activities remain fully compliant with Brazilian laws and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate external counsel as needed to support corporate and transactional matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on potential legal and compliance risks.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (LL.B. or equivalent law degree) and admission to practice law in Brazil.
  • Extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance within Brazil.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior executives on complex corporate and transactional matters.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing outside counsel.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
  • Strong, proactive work ethic and ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Extreme attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, commitment to excellence and teamwork; able to work seamlessly with heads of functional areas across the company and around the world

BENEFITS/COMPENSATION

Compensation and benefits for this role will be determined based on the employee’s location and aligned with local market practices and Brazilian labor regulations. Details will be provided during the offer process. This role may be eligible for bonus subject to plan terms and local eligibility.
