Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license.

If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!

Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time.

Example 11am-8pm (CST).

This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided.

You must be able to maintain department.

Work at home (W@H) requirements which include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber of DSL service) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency Property and Casualty License required after hire.
