This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Transformational Markets.
About the Role
This position is accountable for the continued expansion of their serviceable available market (SAM) by way of building clear growth strategies focused on our Identity Verification, Authentication, and overall Digital Identity solution segment. This position must be a government identity subject matter expert, particularly as it relates to identity agency workflows.
The person fulfilling this role must collaborate and align market strategy with the Sr. Director of Transformational Markets to materialize their subject matter expertise into clear, fact-based, executable strategic plans. They will do so by taking the initiative to identify new growth areas and materialize their intuition to business investment through deep analysis. They will identify new and emerging technologies, vendors, and policies that advance identity differentiation through partnership and development. In addition to building & owning the strategic plan, they will ensure organizational alignment with the strategy by way of establishing clear and prioritized go-to-market plans and strategic execution plans. They will establish and track KPI’s, holding themselves and all parties accountable for their part of the plan. They will effectively communicate updates, successes, failures, lessons learned, etc. to all stakeholders. They will always demonstrate executive presence.
Key activities include maintaining the latest insights on their segment’s needs, risk, legislation, policies, emerging technologies, general trends, competitors, and potential threats. They will be their market segment’s authority on establishing the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ behind product development investments, external thought leadership, and market positioning. They are also responsible for strengthening their personal brand as well as LNRS brand to external audiences.
This role can be remote or hybrid from one of our local offices.
You will be responsible for:

Owning the vision for the existing digital identity solution segment and product offering.

Operationalizing the Transformational Market Planer’s vision into clear market, capture, and development plans.

Demonstrate clear ability to simplify complex research and conclusions into executive-level overviews and sales appropriate content.

Taking initiative to explore, identify, and substantiate innovation.
-
Setting fact-based growth plan (expanding revenue and SAM).
-
Acute subject matter expertise of clients, solutions, partners, competitors.
-
Making timely, objective decisions based on preponderance of evidence.
-
Communicating decisions clearly and inspiring consensus among organizational leaders and stakeholders.
-
Conveying executive presences through all communication methods; internal and external.

Demonstrating strong identity leadership to internal LNRS teams.
-
Demonstrating clear market leadership position externally to grow your brand, your market’s brand, and the LNRS brand.

Maintaining big-picture thinking, while managing smaller picture execution focus.

Maintaining focus on accountability of self and others in a distracting environment.

Aligning resources to support your vision and strategy who are outside of your direct control.

Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Preferred experience in the U.S. public sector; particularly federal, state, local civilian programs.
-
Have 10+ years experience with Digital Identity and/or IDV solutions (data, technology, platforms).
-
Have 10+ years experience in the Digital Identity and/or IDV ecosystem: customers, partners, competitors, consultants, contracting, regulation, laws, etc.

Have understanding of emerging technologies supporting government transformational initiatives.
-
Have proven record of success in building professional relationships.
-
Have expert knowledge of business growth techniques.
-
Have sharp negotiation and networking skills.
-
Have clear verbal and written communication skills.
-
Have clear mastery of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
-
Have detailed knowledge of Go-to-Market processes and relevant experience taking solutions from ideation to turn-key ready offerings.
-
Have enthusiasm for conducting research, synthesizing findings into actionable intelligence plans.
-
Have enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
-
MPA or MBA preferred.
-
Up to 25% travel may be required to attend industry events or for internal collaborative meetings

US Citizenship is required for this particular position.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
Base Pay Range for CO is $118,300 - $219,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $124,200 - $230,800. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $130,200 - $241,800. Base Pay Range for MD is $124,200 - $230,800. Base Pay Range for NY is $130,200 - $241,800. Base Pay Range for New York City is $142,000 - $263,800. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $118,300 - $219,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $112,400 - $208,800. Base Pay Range for NJ is $149,765- $239,235.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
