We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Program Delivery Manager to join our Asset Owners team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

This role ensures that cross‑platform, cross‑segment initiatives— where outcomes depend on multiple products, shared platforms, data services and client implementation teams — are intentionally orchestrated, proactively de‑risked and transparently managed.

Operating with an “eyes on, hands off” philosophy, the SVP does not manage teams or execution directly. Instead, they provide strategic delivery leadership, enabling Product Management and senior stakeholders to make informed, timely decisions based on a single, integrated view of value, risk, dependencies and client commitments.

The role reports into AO Product Management leadership and serves as a senior counterpart to RTEs, Product Leaders and Platform Leads, translating agile execution into portfolio‑level insight and accountability.

Strategic Accountabilities:

1. Enterprise‑Level Portfolio & Cross‑Platform Oversight

  • Own the portfolio‑level delivery narrative for AO‑relevant initiatives spanning products, platforms, data & analytics services and client implementation.

  • Ensure senior Product and Platform leadership have clear, trusted line‑of‑sight into how roadmaps, backlogs and delivery cadences intersect across platforms.

  • Provide executive‑ready insight into delivery health, momentum and risk, without introducing additional delivery layers or controls.

  • Act as a senior integrator across product, platform and segment boundaries.

2. Cross‑Platform & Cross‑Segment Enablement

  • Establish and maintain a cross‑platform view of dependencies, sequencing and critical paths impacting AO outcomes.

  • Surface systemic constraints — capacity, prioritization conflicts, platform readiness or misaligned cadences — that require senior‑level intervention.

  • Enable Product Management to make explicit tradeoffs when platform or delivery demand exceeds capacity.

  • Ensure cross‑segment initiatives are treated as enterprise outcomes, not a collection of local deliveries.

3. Portfolio Insight, Flow & Value Realization

  • Consolidate fragmented information across Pods, SDGs, platforms and delivery teams into a single, coherent portfolio view.

  • Shift leadership focus from activity‑based reporting to flow, value and outcome‑based insight.

  • Enable the definition and tracking of high‑impact Key Results, particularly where success depends on coordinated delivery across multiple platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate delivery, reduce friction and improve time‑to‑value across the system.

4.

Strategic Use of TPRO & Management Information:

  • Own the portfolio‑level use of TPRO as a strategic decision‑support tool for AO Product Management.

Ensure consistent, high‑quality data that supports:

  • Value vs complexity / effort prioritization

  • Cross‑platform commitment tracking

  • Capacity, budget and burn‑down analysis at portfolio level

  • Elevate management information from retrospective reporting to forward‑looking insight that enables early course‑correction.

5. Proactive Risk, Dependency & Critical Path Leadership

  • Partner with RTEs and senior delivery leaders to identify cross‑platform critical paths and systemic hotspots.

  • Ensure early visibility of risks and dependencies that cannot be resolved within a single ART, Pod or platform.

  • Facilitate senior‑level forums that connect AO Product Management, Product Owners and Platform Leads around issues that require strategic decision‑making.

  • Reduce late escalation by embedding a proactive, anticipatory delivery culture.

6.

Executive Communication & Alignment:

  • Provide clear, concise and credible portfolio‑level narratives for senior stakeholders.

  • Support Product leadership in orchestrating communication and alignment where multiple platforms and teams must act in concert.

  • Accelerate feedback loops across product, platform and implementation teams to enhance responsiveness to client and market needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on delivery feasibility, sequencing and risk.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • 10-12+ years in program delivery, portfolio management, product enablement or enterprise change leadership.

  • Demonstrated success operating at enterprise scale, across multiple products, platforms and delivery organizations.

  • Deep experience working alongside Product Management, RTEs and Agile delivery leadership.

  • Background in financial services, asset servicing, data platforms or highly regulated environments strongly preferred.

  • Enterprise‑minded: sees the system, not the silo

  • Comfortable influencing at SVP / MD level without direct line authority

  • Highly credible with Product, Technology and Platform leadership

  • Data‑driven, outcome‑focused and strategically pragmatic

  • Calm under ambiguity; able to create clarity without oversimplification

  • This role is successful when:

  • AO Product leadership has unambiguous confidence in delivery commitments and timelines.

  • Cross‑platform risks are identified and addressed before they become client‑visible issues.

  • Portfolio decisions are increasingly explicit, data‑backed and transparent.

  • Cross‑segment initiatives move faster, with fewer handoff delays and priority conflicts.

  • TPRO is embedded as a strategic portfolio management capability, not a compliance tool.

  • Delivery leaders view the role as an enabler of flow and strategic clarity, not a control function.
