We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute, learn, and grow, regardless of previous educational paths or backgrounds. We value creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to share ideas.
Responsibilities:

Support team efforts to define and extend best practices and frameworks in a continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) environment.
Contribute to software designs and architectures, including APIs and data models, in partnership with colleagues across disciplines.
Promote a welcoming, inclusive culture where every team member's voice is respected.
Requriements
Experience with .NET/Core, C#, Entity Framework/Core, MS SQL, and front-end frameworks such as Angular. Equivalent experience with other modern technologies is also welcomed.
Background in developing cloud-based applications, especially on AWS, is beneficial but not required.
Understanding of backend development, SQL, and performance optimization. We're open to various backgrounds—your ability to solve problems matters most.
Familiarity with unit and integration testing; experience in agile/scrum environments is a plus.
Motivation to apply technical skills and creative thinking to real-world challenges, while advocating for best practices and continuous improvement.
Commitment to accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in software design and development.
