ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking multiple versatile Generalists to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including Media Blast, conathane application (Polyurethane roll coating), Metal (Inconel, Aluminum) cleaning, bulge forming, and other manufacturing activities when needed.

Essential Functions:

• Perform Media Blast, coating application, and Metal (Inconel, Aluminum) cleaning processes.
• Operate equipment for bulge forming and cleaning equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with handling and cleaning aerospace-grade materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr.
