As a Management Trainee in our People Development & Learning team, you will dive into the heart of our learning culture. You’ll be a key player in coordinating and enhancing our training programs, helping to shape the growth and development of our employees.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Training Coordination & Logistics: You will organize and support local training sessions, managing everything from participant registration and logistics to collaborating with external training providers.
- Data & Analytics: You will track learning engagement, analyze feedback, and automate reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to monitor our training KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
- Learning Communication & Content: You’ll create compelling communications to promote our learning initiatives and assist in adapting global training materials for the local market.
- Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support: You will support corporate learning initiatives, collaborate closely with the wider HR team, and help our employees navigate their development journey.
An ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong desire to grow and make an impact. You have some initial experience in an HR or a related field and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment. We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Project Management: An ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical Skills: A talent for analyzing data to find meaningful insights, with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong Communication: The capacity to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proactivity & Agility: An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to initiate improvements.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English.
