We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Planning Manager to drive our omnichannel (online and offline) commercial forecasting and promotion strategies. This pivotal role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to define strategic priorities, identify key growth drivers, and ensure seamless implementation across all channels. You will be instrumental in optimizing our sales performance, enhancing customer-centric forecasting, and ensuring our commercial plans are robust, agile, and aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Omnichannel Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead and embed comprehensive business planning processes across both online and offline (O+O) channels. Drive multi-functional collaboration for accurate monthly and yearly commercial forecast cycles, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Customer-Centric Forecasting & Value Generation: Champion a customer-centric approach to forecasting by developing precise customer-level unit forecasts and diagnosing value opportunities to maximize commercial impact.
  • Promotional & Sales Initiative Management: Consolidate and manage promotional plans and forecasts (units and investment), ensuring they are consistently updated and accurate. Evaluate the impact of sales initiatives (SITs), accounting for cannibalization and seasonality, and foster strong collaboration with customers for promotional alignment.
  • Risk Mitigation & Trend Alignment: Proactively identify and assess potential risks and opportunities within the commercial forecasts. Ensure forecast consistency with broader market trends and actively work to close any identified gaps to maintain robust planning.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Lead commercial analytics, forecasting, and reporting efforts. Monitor key omnichannel performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales and customer data, and translate complex insights into actionable strategies for performance optimization and conversion improvement.
  • Cross-functional Strategic Alignment: Drive alignment and foster strong collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimize sales planning processes ("The Way We Plan"). Strategically challenge and develop longer-term forecasts to support sustainable growth.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis within the dynamic beauty industry. Leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and uncover new business opportunities.

Key Requirements & Experiences:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Planning, Retail, or Channel Development, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience in the Beauty category is a significant advantage.
  • Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Possess strong strategic thinking capabilities coupled with exceptional data analytical skills, demonstrating a proven ability to make data-driven business decisions.
  • Commercial & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Exhibit a robust commercial and entrepreneurial drive, consistently focused on results, solution-oriented, and capable of acting with urgency.
  • Growth Mindset & Agility: Demonstrate a growth-oriented approach, high adaptability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and influencing diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Execution & Resilience: Proven ability to multitask efficiently, deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Adept at both individual contribution and fostering strong teamwork, particularly in cross-functional environments. Experienced in managing and influencing key senior stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI (a mandatory requirement).
