Your Role Develop & Scale the Affiliate Program
- Design and execute scalable affiliate strategies to drive GMV growth across creator tiers (top, mid-tier, long-tail) with focus on improving productivity and scale of mid-tier creators
- Optimize creator tiering, incentive programs, and commission structures to maximize ROI and scale long-tail contribution to encourage higher content output and performance
- Plan and execute affiliate-led campaigns, key commercial moments, and mechanics in line with brand calendars
- Own KPI tracking and performance analysis (affiliate GMV, shoppable video volume, GMV per video, ROI by creator tier, etc.)
- Identify growth and efficiency opportunities and lead optimization initiative based on data insights, particularly to improve videos per affiliate and productivity
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality affiliates aligned with brand guidelines and overall affiliate strategies
Manage Affiliate & MCN Relationships

Build and maintain partnerships with affiliates and MCNs/agencies

Act as the primary point of contact; provide onboarding, training, and ongoing communications to improve conversion and increase content output per affiliateEnsure Content Quality

Define content guidelines to ensure high-quality, compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.

Review, approve (where required), and provide feedback on affiliate content to improve consistency, compliance, and performance
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Social Manager, Brand Platform Manager, Online Brand Manager and wider brand teams to support marketing initiatives and campaign activities.
- Collaborate on content calendars, campaign plans, and integrated marketing activities.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance.
- Manage affiliate platforms and tools, including tracking setup and reporting accuracy
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders
Trend Monitoring

Stay updated on the latest trends in affiliate marketing, social media, and the beauty/e‑commerce landscape.

Proactively identify and test new opportunities to enhance affiliate program effectiveness, especially those that improve both participation and productivityContract Negotiation & Management

Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements.

Coordinate commission validation and payment processing with Finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Optimize affiliate budget allocation to align with strategic priorities and performance targets
You Are
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced in managing and scaling affiliate programs—preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or e‑commerce.
- Skilled in affiliate marketing platforms, particularly those used across Shopee, Lazada, Konvy, and Tik Tok.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Analytical and data‑driven, comfortable working with KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experienced in working with influencers and content creators.
