A Day in the Life

As our Sell-Out Executive for the Consumer Products Division in Tabasco, you will be the engine of our growth at the point of sale. Your mission will be to bring our brands like L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York to life, ensuring flawless execution and turning every consumer into a loyal shopper.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring in-store excellence by implementing merchandising strategy, ensuring planogram compliance, and the correct visibility of our innovations and promotions.
  • Visiting and managing a portfolio of clients (supermarkets, department stores, pharmacies) within the Tabasco territory to achieve sell-out targets.
  • Training and motivating in-store teams, such as beauty advisors and floor staff, to become experts and ambassadors for our brands.
  • Analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) and sell-out data for your territory to identify growth opportunities and propose action plans.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the point of sale, with high energy and a results-oriented mindset. You have experience in field sales or trade marketing and love being on the move, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work on sales.

We believe you'll be a great match if you have:

  • Field Sales: Proven ability to promote sales through direct, in-person engagement with clients in a defined territory.
  • In-Store Excellence: A passion for ensuring outstanding brand presence, merchandising, and activation at the point of sale.
  • Business Training: Experience training external partners or in-store teams on products and commercial strategies.
  • Account Management: Skill in managing a portfolio of client stores to foster loyalty and achieve business objectives.
  • Channel & Customer Activation: The ability to execute effective, channel-specific strategies on the ground.
