A Day in the Life As the Store Manager for our Chadstone boutique, you’ll be the driving force behind its success. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional skincare consultations, achieve sales growth, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role offers significant responsibility and a clear path for growth within L’Oréal Luxe.
Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive daily coaching, implement comprehensive training programs, and foster individual development plans to cultivate future leaders. Customer Experience & Consultation: Set the standard for customer service excellence.
- Oversee personalized skin consultations, manage complex customer resolutions, and ensure every customer receives a memorable and bespoke experience.
- Commercial Execution: Take full ownership of boutique performance. Strategically drive sales through effective clienteling, innovative promotional strategies, meticulous KPI tracking, and efficient stock management.
- Operations & Brand Standards: Ensure the boutique consistently maintains the highest L'Oréal standards in presentation, operational compliance, and flawless execution of visual merchandising.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations to guarantee smooth and efficient functioning.
