Responsibilities:
- Lead Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather insights and validate forecast assumptions for new launches and promotional activities.
- Optimize Inventory: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess, ensuring product availability for our professional partners.
- Drive Performance: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like forecast accuracy and service levels, identifying trends and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
Requirement
- A highly experienced professional with a background in demand planning or a similar role, ideally within the beauty or FMCG sector.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting abilities to translate data into actionable business insights.
- An excellent collaborator with the skill to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships across different functions.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English to navigate our local and global business environment effectively.
