A Day in the Life

You will be a Key Account Manager reporting into the National Sales Director, embedded in a country-level commercial team and working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to serve drugstore customers. You will:

  • Define and execute tailored account plans to grow sales, profitability and market share across drugstore chains.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promo calendars and assortment to maximise long-term returns.
  • Lead in-store and omnichannel activation planning: merchandising, launches, training and joint business plans.
  • Monitor performance, forecasts and P&L; convert data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.

We Are Looking For

You are a commercial operator who builds strong, long-term customer relationships and delivers measurable business results.

Requirements:

  • A university degree and proven experience in a sales role.
  • Proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English.
  • Skills in Negotiation & Commercial Excellence.
  • Experience with Category & Trade Activation.
  • Strengths in Business Planning & Data Analysis.
  • The ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
