Are you ready to lead one of our iconic brands at the forefront of the beauty industry's most dynamic transformation?

At L'Oréal's Professional Products Division (PPD) in the Nordics, we're in a pivotal period of accelerated growth. The haircare category is surging - as the industry says, "haircare is the new skincare." With decades of expertise and unwavering consumer-centricity, we're transforming our professional brands into true consumer love brands across salon, online, and retail. We are seeking a visionary Brand Lead to elevate one of our brands to new heights in the Nordic markets.

As Brand Lead, you will be the strategic architect of your brand - responsible for brand equity, P&L, and commercial performance across all channels. You'll orchestrate portfolio strategy, drive activation from salon to retail, and lead a high-performing team to deliver ambitious growth targets. This senior strategic role demands deep cross-functional collaboration to ensure the brand's voice authentically resonates with Nordic consumers and stylists within our global brand framework.

If you're a results-driven leader with both strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, ready to shape the future of professional beauty in the Nordics, this opportunity is for you.

You Will...

  • Define and own the brand strategy for the Nordic markets, setting clear SMART objectives that balance global alignment with local relevance
  • Create brand relevancy by leveraging consumer and stylist insights to develop marketing plans that connect deeply with Nordic audiences
  • Design and deploy integrated O+O activation plans across all touchpoints and channels—salon, retail, online, media, and advocacy—in close collaboration with cross-functional experts and stakeholders
  • Own the P&L and marketing budget, ensuring strategic investments and delivering on ambitious commercial targets across all four markets
  • Act as guardian of brand equity, ensuring the brand's voice is compelling and consistent both internally and externally
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team while building strong relationships with stakeholders locally and internationally, including zone and DMI teams

You Are...

  • An experienced leader with 5+ years in brand management or commercial leadership within FMCG, beauty, or luxury sectors
  • Fluent in English; Nordic language proficiency is a plus
  • A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen—you live and breathe brand development, activation excellence, and data-driven decision making
  • Curious and in the know of social trends, culture, consumer shifts
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • An inspiring communicator and collaborator who builds partnerships across functions and creates presentations that engage audiences
  • Analytically strong with the ability to interpret data and insights to make smart, informed decisions
  • Consumer and stylist-centric with a passion for professional beauty and the ability to influence across matrix organizations

What’s In It For You

From the start, you'll have great responsibility, challenges, and opportunities, including an individual career plan and coaching leadership. Enjoy extensive training, competitive benefits, modern offices, and a dynamic, international working environment with engaged and skilled colleagues. Our Nordic organization includes nearly 1000 employees across the four Nordic capitals.

Furthermore, we offer:

  • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!)
