Regional Digital CX Gra duate Trainee**(1 July 2026 - 12 July 2027)**

As a Regional Digital CX Gra duate Trainee, you will:

  • First Party Data Acquisition & Activation: Drive 1P data acquisition strategies across digital touchpoints. This includes working with Markets to identify opportunities in acquisition strategy, analyzing the effectiveness of each acquisition tool across touchpoints, and working with markets to collect success stories to inspire the 1PD community.
  • Support the activation of 1PD data to optimize marketing campaigns for business impact. This involves working with various Zone and Market stakeholders to highlight lapses in 1PD activation to fix and further drive business impact.

Consumer Care & Engagement:

  • Support on BAU consumer care processes.
  • Provide project management support and timely resolutions for Markets who are implementing new Consumer Care processes.
  • Contribute to the growth of earned conversations across markets.
  • Work with Zone & Market stakeholders to collect success stories on Consumer Care & Engagement.

Beauty Tech & Digital Platforms Support:

  • Provide project management support for beauty tech initiatives, website tagging & analytics initiatives projects, and other digital transformation efforts. This includes assisting with project planning, execution, and tracking.

Knowledge Sharing & Community Building:

  • Support the development and maintenance of a best-practice sharing community. This involves curating relevant content for monthly townhalls, resolving queries and inspiring the CX community with success stories.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and distribute regular reports and newsletters on key CX metrics and performance indicators. Provide analytics support to the Zone Division CDOs, Markets or Global team using tools like Google Analytics 4, Sprinklr, DC360 and SFMC.
  • Consumer Insights & Trend Analysis (Bonus):

Monitor and briefly analyze emerging consumer experience, e Commerce, and digital trends, including new technologies and competitor activities. Provide regular summaries and insights to the CX team.

You will need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interest in digital consumer experience, data, CRM, consumer care & engagement and e Commerce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to details for precision.
  • Expertise on Google Analytics 4 or/and SFMC (bonus)
  • Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams across markets.
  • Able to work independently or be resourceful enough to reach out to other teams given this role may not have other peers to rely on directly within the division
