A Day in the Life

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the world’s #1 beauty company? Our Management Trainee Program is your gateway to an exciting and impactful career at L’Oréal. Over 18 months, you’ll rotate through3 diverse roles across our divisions, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as marketing, sales, operations, and more. This program is designed to develop your business acumen, leadership skills, and expertise.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Rotational Learning: Experience 3 rotations across different functions and divisions, including Consumer Products, Luxury Brands, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Salon Products, and Corporate.
• Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain insights into key business areas such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer engagement.
• Project Management: Take ownership of impactful projects, suggest innovative ideas, and drive business results.
• Leadership Development: Benefit from mentoring, buddy programs, and customized training to enhance your skills.
• Hands-On Experience: Work closely with teams to understand the business from the ground up, including time spent in stores and conducting consumer research.

We Are Looking For

We’re seeking entrepreneurial, innovative, and passionate graduates who are ready to create the future of beauty. Here’s what it takes to join:

• Master’s degree graduate or in your final year of studies.
• Active in student organizations or extracurricular activities (a plus).
• Passionate about building a career in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
• Fluent in English with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• An out-of-the-box thinker who challenges traditional methods.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to make an impact.
