A Day in the Life This is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. As the E-commerce Team Lead, you'll be at the heart of the online sales strategy and customer experience for the Dermatological Beauty division's B2B platform. LDB Partner Shop is the #1 e-commerce website of L’Oréal Canada in revenue. You will play a key role in launching our products and promotions for Skin Ceuticals, skinbetter science & La Roche-Posay, while mentoring two specialists and enhancing the platform to optimize its user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • E-commerce Strategy: Optimize the LDB Partner Shop promotion and enhancement calendar to maximize the impact and perfect the execution of each event, considering our many customer groups and brands.
  • Technical Liaison: Work with our various IT teams to enhance the site and troubleshoot issues. You will represent Canada with global teams to test new platform features and liaise with commercial teams on online activations to maintain strong collaboration.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance to an e-commerce specialist and a CRM specialist, ensuring excellence in merchandising execution as well as client retention and loyalty strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), work with the CDMO team to optimize dashboards, and analyze sales data to help marketing and commercial teams make data-driven decisions.

We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of autonomy. You are adept at managing complex situations with excellent judgment and have a strong ability to troubleshoot technical and analytical problems.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, ideally with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding the business drivers to grow online sales performance.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to turn data (e.g., from Google Analytics) into actionable insights to guide strategy.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and guide them toward a common goal.
  • Agility & Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate a dynamic environment, adapt, and find innovative solutions.
