Job Title: (Sr.) Valorization Scientist

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Innovation & Scientific Storytelling: Spearhead the rollout of breakthrough products by bridging the gap between R&I labs and marketing teams. You will shape the scientific narrative that brings our innovations to life.
- Champion Future Technologies: Proactively propose and amplify new technologies in collaboration with Development teams. You will ensure that every technical advancement perfectly aligns with marketing policies and strategic product positioning.
- Guardian of Data Excellence: Lead initiatives to ensure the highest standards of data compliance regarding product safety and performance, safeguarding the integrity of our research.
- Ensure Scientific & Regulatory Integrity: Validate the scientific accuracy and regulatory conformity of all product communications. You will be the technical expert ensuring every claim is in line with L'Oréal’s high standards and official positions.
- Empower Marketing with Technical Insights: Act as a strategic partner to the Marketing team by providing high-impact technical updates and product pitches that translate complex science into marketable value.
- Optimize Lab Agility: Play a key role in operational excellence by ensuring the laboratory meets critical project milestones and deadlines in an agile R&I environment.
- Innovate through Collaboration: Partner closely with the Operational Development (OD) team to "valorize" key innovations—transforming lab results into tangible assets such as high-impact demos, product guides, and technical showcases (demo, product books, etc)
Requirements
- Bachelor & above degree with major in Chemical, Biology or related
- Good knowledge of skin biology
- +5-8 years related working experience with main exposure to cosmetic industry or related raw material industry
- Sensitive to cosmetic knowledge/trend
- Excellent communication skill; be able to translate technology into marketing language
- Consumer centricity
