Tesla is looking to hire a Data Scientist to contribute to the development of the data factory and manufacturing software services for our cutting-edge battery products. This position will help drive technological advancement by delivering data and software solutions to solve high-volume manufacturing problems. Battery development is at the heart of Tesla’s mission, and this is an exciting opportunity to address the central challenges in scaling electric vehicle manufacturing while seeing the physical impact of your work. Tesla is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work with a highly motivated team on extremely challenging projects.

Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$124,000 - $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
