DEX Team Lead

Job Summary: As the DEX (Delivery Excellence) Team Lead for BEST Guangzhou, you will act as the "Run & Adoption Lead" for our Finance Capability Center. Your core mission is to "Activate & Execute" the operational strategy. You aren't just managing a team; you are responsible for ensuring that our processes (P2P, R2R, etc.) are not only running smoothly but are constantly evolving through digital adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead "Run & Adoption" Strategy:

o Define and deploy the local adoption strategy for global tools and processes.

o Ensure the successful simplification and harmonization of end-to-end processes across BEST Guangzhou.

o Monitor process efficiency, compliance, and data quality using our "Value Tracker" framework.

Drive Transformation & Projects:

o Act as the Project Manager for transversal initiatives, ensuring they land successfully within the operational teams.

o Manage the "change impacts" (Business Change Management) to ensure teams are ready for new ways of working.

  • Foster Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma):

o Build a culture of "Service Excellence." Train and coach teams on Lean methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt).

o Animates process experts to ensure consistent application of standards and feedback loops.

  • Team Leadership:

o Manage and develop the DEX Analyst.

o Act as the strategic partner to the Head of BEST Guangzhou and Global Process Owners (GPOs).

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in Finance Operations or Transformation, plus with compounded experience in different service lines.

  • Key Competency: You bridge the gap between Strategy (Designing the roadmap) and Execution (Making sure the team actually adopts the tool).

  • Skills: Strong Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Change Management.
