Logistics and Warehousing Specialist (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Zagreb team, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region.

Position of Logistics and Warehousing Specialist:

requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:- Coordinating daily labeling** &**warehousing activities with3PL partners for smooth operations (reception, stock comparison between 3PL and SAP, labelling process).

• Transferring goods between stores.
• Booking monthly costs and following up on invoices.
• Ordering labels for all divisions.
• Assisting in claim management and resolution.
• Checking IDs,conditions and labelsstock.
• Coordinating compliantlabelsdestructionprocesses.
• Communicating with suppliers.
• Preparing differentlogisticsreports and analytics (DGO, DC perft, LOGR).
• Performing weekly audits in3PL.
• Communicating and developing good relations with all stakeholders (sales, marketing, 3PL, other partners).
• Contributing to overall inventory management to optimize stock levels.
• Driving continuous process improvement.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
• Has from 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics
• Has good communication and organizationskills
• Is precise,focused and reliable
• Has good analytical skills and is resourceful
• Is results-oriented and has good problem-solving and decision-makingabilities
• Is a team player
• Works with responsibility and autonomy
• Has excellent computer skills (MS Office,data visualization,analytics)
• Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
• Is fluent in Croatian and English language
