A Day in the Life:
As our new Supply chain business development lead, you will join the vibrant Supply Chain team within the Consumer Products Division in Montreal. You will be at the heart of our promotional activities, acting as the key link between Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure our exciting promotional launches are executed flawlessly from start to finish.
In this role, you will:
· Coordinate Project launches: Steer cross-functional projects with teams like Marketing, Sales and supply chain to bring promotional launches and in-store activities to life.
· Drive Project Timelines: Develop and meticulously track detailed schedules for all projects, ensuring every milestone is met on time.
· Ensure Flawless Execution: Oversee the end-to-end project process, guaranteeing process compliance and data accuracy within our systems.
· Manage & Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify, analyze, and communicate potential risks related to project timelines and costs, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
· Analyze & Improve Performance: Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze promotional activity performance to drive continuous improvement in our processes.
We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with a strong collaborative spirit and an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a natural problem-solver who can navigate complexity and drive projects forward with precision and agility.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· A university degree and some experience in a supply chain or project management environment.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Fluency in both English and French to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
· Core skills in: Project Management, supply and demand planning, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Skills, Agility, and Collaboration.
