Now we are looking for an ambitious, analytical, and entrepreneurial Senior Affiliates Manager to build and lead L'Oréal Indonesia's performance advocacy journey.

You will....

• Architect and implement a comprehensive, cross-divisional strategy for affiliates to drive commercial success.
• Create and deploy go-to-market playbooks that guide brands on best practices, content activation strategies, and cost efficiencies.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a sharp, data-driven approach to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious business targets.
• Monitor and report on Affiliate & market performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Act as the central expert, partnering with and influencing brand, e-commerce, and marketing teams across all divisions to execute impactful, performance-based campaigns.
• Own and nurture relationships with top affiliates, top-tier affiliate networks and best-in-class agencies to keep L’Oréal at the forefront of the creator economy.
• Drive the performance and optimization agenda, making data-driven recommendations to senior management on where to invest and how to win.
• Mobilize and collaborate with other departments and partner agencies to build an integrated strategy and ensure flawless execution.

You have…

• Highly experienced (5-10 years) in the affiliate, KOL, and social commerce landscape, preferably from an FMCG, tech, or digital-first company and experienced in Media Performance role
• A proven track record of driving sales and engagement through performance-based social media strategies, particularly on platforms like Tik Tok.
• Strong command of media analytics and e-commerce performance metrics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Comfortable working both independently with minimal guidance and in a cross-functional team setting, with a talent for managing multiple stakeholders.
