A Day in the Life

As the Consumer Engagement Manager for the L'Oréal Luxe Division, you will be the strategic mind behind crafting aspirational and engaging experiences for our discerning consumers. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that amplifies our luxury brand narratives across all digital channels. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor and creative vision to drive brand desire and business growth. Your day will focus on:

  • Integrated Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a holistic consumer engagement strategy that unites Advocacy & Influence (A&I), paid media, CRM, and content into a cohesive plan.
  • Ensure all consumer-facing activities align perfectly with the brand’s premium equity and strategic objectives.
  • Media Activation & Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of all online and offline media campaigns.
  • Manage media agency relationships and oversee campaign delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and achieve exceptional results.
  • Negotiate with key media partners to secure favorable rates and premium placements that enhance our luxury positioning.
  • Control and manage the media budget, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.
  • Advocacy, Content & CRM: Collaborate with the A&I Lead to coordinate and execute data-driven influencer campaigns that resonate with a luxury audience.
  • Oversee the brand's content strategy, ensuring it aligns with our voice and captivates the target consumer across all platforms.
  • Work with the DDX specialist to develop sophisticated CRM strategies that nurture customer relationships and drive loyalty through personalized communication.
  • Performance & Analytics: Own performance marketing analytics, continuously monitoring engagement KPIs, campaign ROI, and other key metrics across dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize the search strategy for our e-commerce channels to increase rankings and drive qualified traffic.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking an analytical and strategic professional with deep expertise in the modern media landscape and an understanding of the luxury market. You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • **Experience & Knowledge:**3-5 years of proven experience in media strategy and activation, ideally within a media agency, FMCG.
  • Proficiency in the retailer media landscape and a strong understanding of performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing agencies, vendors, and significant media budgets.
  • A results-driven mindset with a sharp focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • An agile and innovative approach, constantly seeking new trends and opportunities to enhance brand engagement.
