Join our NEO Transformation Team where you will execute and deliver the deployment activities for the biggest L'Oréal Group Transformation Project (NEO). You will apply the NEO Global methodology, with the support of the NEO Region team to deliver harmonized Commerce & Customer MD processes in the entity that match local needs but comply with NEO standards.

You will…

  • Deliver each phase/activity of the NEO local deployments for the Commerce & Customer MD scope, especially data cleaning & scoping, value mapping, and data migration.
  • Ensure alignment with NEO Region and NEO Entity teams and main local stakeholders.
  • Prepare the NEO arbitration process for Deviation Requests and actively contribute to required change management actions.
  • Support the remediation of all apps in your scope.
  • Train and prepare the Key Users in scope to engage with the Change.

You have…

  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain/operations related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Indonesian.
  • Strong arbitration & prioritization skills.
