職位簡介：

作為 Cera Ve 和 La Roche Posay 品牌的美容顧問，主要在我們的主要合作夥伴藥妝店 (Watsons/Mannings) 內工作。此職位需要成為皮膚健康的倡導者，向顧客提供專業的護膚建議，幫助他們找到最適合的皮膚問題解決方案。

主要職責：

• 專業護膚諮詢及銷售達成：
• 主動了解顧客的皮膚需求，運用您對 Cera Ve 及 La Roche Posay 產品的專業知識，提供個人化的護膚建議。
• 推動銷售業績：
• 透過卓越的顧客服務與互動，將專業諮詢轉化為銷售，以達成銷售目標。
• **建立顧客關係：**與顧客建立長期的信賴關係，定期跟進他們的護膚進展，提升顧客忠誠度。
• 維護品牌專業形象： 負責產品陳列，確保品牌專櫃的整潔與專業形象，並協助庫存管理。
• **促進團隊合作：**與 Watsons/Mannings 的店內夥伴緊密合作，共同維護品牌形象，營造積極的合作氛圍。

我們正在尋找：

對皮膚健康充滿熱誠，並致力於提供卓越顧客服務。您需要具備以下能力：

• 可在多個不同的藥妝店地點工作。
• 具備零售銷售經驗（具護膚或醫學級品牌經驗者優先）
• 基本護膚知識，能夠提供專業建議及演示產品使用技巧
• 能夠與顧客建立信任，建立長遠的顧客關係，並有效推廣產品及服務
• 流利的廣東話及普通話，基本英語
