L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program**(1 July 2026 - 8 January 2027)** designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment. As our Research & Innovation Intern, you will

• Accelerate the transformation of selected projects by assisting in raw material (RM) screenings using cell culture techniques
• Analyze raw data and prepare data for presentations and reports on the research output.
• Conduct literature review on topics relevant to the projects

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in/ passion to learn mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques (ELISA, DNA/ RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, Western blotting), data analysis techniques.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and statistical software.
• Strong team player, independent, proactive, and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Identify ways to improve methods and innovate methodologies to accomplish goals with experience and technical capability.
• Fluency in English and good communication skills is a must.
• Work efficiently in a team-oriented and a multicultural environment
• The candidate is expected to be flexible in working within L’Oréal premises or at the external partner's site.
