To stimulate our Beauty Tech transformation, we have created the Tech Factory team, a product delivery organization (startup inside the big ship) to deliver transversal use cases that will drive the tech transformation of the group, covering all business and functional domains under a network of international hubs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead develop, deploy & maintain integration solutions using IBM Sterling, SFTP, CI/CD, Github, or other file transfer protocol in integration IPaas platform
• Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts.
• Develop prototypes and demonstrate various alternatives for functional business requirements for a wide audience range.
• Resolve defects discovered during all phases of development and maintenance including severity 1 production issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Product Owners to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape.
• Building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
• Partnering with Enterprise architecture, Security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around integration topics.

Skills Required:

• Degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  ***5+*years of proven experience as a Software Development Lead, Integration Architect and/or as Software developer
  Outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration.
  Hands on/working knowledge of most environments described below is required:
• Strong knowledge and real working experience of IBM Sterling (File Gateway), SFTP, CI/CD, Github, Any File Transfer tool.
• Tibco Business Works 6.x, Enterprise Message Service (EMS) or IPaas (Mule Soft, Boomi or Workato etc
• Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of Container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microservices and/or JAVA/Python is a plus.
  Industry knowledge/experience within Supply Chain, Sales, e-commerce, loyalty, CRM, retail, mobile apps
  Demonstrated ability to manage projects and strong ability to influence others.
  Agile/Product experience is a plus.
  Proficient in relational data modeling concepts and implementations.
  Innovator with quick absorption of new technologies; strong understanding of technology solutions.
  Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
