A Day in the Life:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will be immersed in the heart of L’Oréal Thailand’s Operations team. Your mission is to provide high-level analytical support to the Demand and Supply Planning teams, using your skills to transform valuable data into actionable business insights.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: You will support the monthly demand and supply cycle by tracking key performance indicators like Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Inventory levels.
• Smart Automation: You'll have the chance to identify manual bottlenecks and propose smart, Excel-based solutions (like Macros, Power Query, and Power BI) to automate reporting.
• Business Intelligence: By analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and stock data, you will highlight potential risks and opportunities to help secure our supply chain.
• Operational Support: You will assist with key projects such as portfolio cleanup (Catalog Rationalization) and support the procurement cycle.

Who Are We Looking For:

We're looking for an analytical and proactive individual who is ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate has:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into compelling stories.
• A "New Eyes / New Ideas" mindset, eager to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel-based automation tools (Power Query, Power BI, Pivot Tables).
  Excellent communication skills to present your findings and proposals effectively.
