Division: Consumer Products Division

Location: North Little Rock Arkansas

Reports To: Quality Manager

Shift:3rd Shift(Sun/Fri-** 10pm-6am**)

What You Will Do:

As the inventory clerk you are the floor level inventory and quality representation for the Quality departments. You will work with inventory movements, quality metrics, and assist in investigations of inventory and quality discrepancies. This job will work in loose pick, full case and full pallet storage areas.

· Assist in planning and execution of the annual physical inventory-5%

· Manage daily inventory by reviewing and reconciling daily cuts, reviewing, and conduct cleansing of 999 Inventory and investigating discrepancies (purging of virtual bins to clear the inventory financials)-15%

· Monthly quality reports-10%

· Work with the Quality Manager to find root cause on quality and inventory discrepancies- 10%

· Prepare aged products for destruction-10%

· Execution of smushes – 10%

· Monitoring replenishments– 10%

· Cycle counts-30%

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED. College degree preferred

· 2 years previous experience in inventory and/or quality control

· Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills. Excel is a plus.

· Prior working knowledge of WMS or ERP

· Knowledge of SAP and inventory control experience a plus

· Must be flexible, organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

· Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation ability to enable discussions on challenges, discussions and issues

· Must have demonstrated previous experience managing hourly staff

· Excellent listening and communication skills

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to keep up with a fast paced and constantly changing environment

· Requires the ability to act independently without direct supervision as well as to support a team to accomplish critical and timely objectives

· Excellent work ethic a must
