As the Retail Design & Visual Merchandising (RDVM) Lead – LUXE, you are required to elevate the brand's premium expression through world-class retail design and innovative merchandising execution, ensuring a 360 immersive consumer journey that accelerates both service bookings and high-end retail growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
END TO END PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- New store opening, renovation, revamping, temporary siteetc,
- Podiums/event
- Capable onproposedesign according to brand & location
- Brand staging according to marketing calendar
- Update planogram for all POS on time
- Co-ordinate with internal & external parties for all projects
- Check & work on site to ensure site readiness whenrequired
- Responsible for P2P ,including RFQ, AUC creation, settlement in system, end to end asset taggingetc
DRIVE RETAIL DESIGN EXCELLENCE:
Working with key stakeholders on best in class point of experience in terms of
- Design
- Shopper experience
- Brand guideline compliance
BUDGET, ASSET MANAGEMENT WITH AUDIT COMPLIANCE
- Good budget, costing & inventory forecast, planning & management.
- Excellence in tracking spending & inventory usage
- 100% Asset tagging on time
- Zero major audit findings
SUSTAINBILITY
- Retail box checklist
- Maximize sustainability opportunities for all new opening/Podiums & VM
- Plan & execute brand recycle program
- Accelerate knowledge & sustainability for all team members & preferred vendors
DRIVE SAVING/ COST EFFECTIVNESS
- Have strong mindset on driving saving & cost effectiveness
- Maximize value within budget
- Zero Waste
EXPECTATION
- At least 5 years working experience in RD & VM, preferably beauty industries
- Strong project planning & management
- Strong ownership & very responsible
- Lead & manage project independently
- LOVE RD/VM work with strong commitment
- Strong senseof urgency
- Capable onidentifypriorities/potential opportunities or risks & communicated to stake holders on time
- Proactive & responsive
