Do you have the business acumen to manage a brand's P&L while also collaborating creatively with influencers and commercial teams? Are you ready to be the central force driving the success of Color Wow in the Nordic market? If yes, then keep on reading! We are looking for a Brand Development Manager for Color Wow based in Copenhagen - a role that offers a unique chance to build, lead, and grow a brand from the ground up.

Your Mission

As the Brand Development Manager, you are the central architect behind the launch and growth of Color Wow in the Nordics. From our Copenhagen office, you will own the brand's successful integration into L'Oréal Nordic, from strategy to execution, blending expert product management with dynamic channel activation. • Go-to-Market Activation: You will ensure the successful execution of launch plans and the annual activation calendar through close cooperation with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Global & Zone), deploying impactful campaigns to drive recruitment and loyalty.
  • Commercial & Channel Excellence: You will define the channel strategy in collaboration with commercial teams, creating insight-led client presentations, and ensuring perfect brand execution both online and offline.
  • Strategic Partnership: You will work in close collaboration with the Advocacy & Influence Manager, ensuring that content, creator, event strategies are seamlessly integrated into the 360° brand plan to maximize reach and relevance.
  • Performance & Strategic Reporting: You will manage the A&P budget and be accountable for performance, preparing insightful reports for leadership by translating campaign results and market data into actionable business strategies.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a versatile and strategic brand builder with a proven ability to manage a brand's P&L and market presence from end to end. You are equally comfortable defining a product strategy as you are executing the brand’s activation. We're looking for:

  • Strong business acumen with experience in portfolio management, pricing, and budget (A&P) management.
  • Expertise in developing and executing successful 360° consumer-centric activation plans for e-commerce and retail channels.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset, skilled at turning market and sales data into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in English is required.

What’s In It for You

From the start, you'll have great responsibility, challenges, and opportunities, including an individual career plan and coaching leadership. Enjoy extensive training, competitive benefits, modern offices, and a dynamic, international working environment with engaged and skilled colleagues. Our Nordic organization includes nearly 1000 employees across the four Nordic capitals. Furthermore, we offer:
