What will you do?

• Ensure successful rollout of Readsoft project for all entities within the coverage of BEST KL.
• Subject matter expert in relation to Readsoft and serve as the main liaison with GPO and Project teams
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and Accenture to communicate, train and govern the Readsoft implementation.
• He / she reports directly to P2P Senior Manager.

In particular, the P2P project Specialist:

Readsoft

• Ensure efficient and effective implementation process being strong liaison between outsourced partner and countries.
• Review and ensure implementation of Readsoft are properly executed to meet project deadline
• In charge of all the operational and technical topics in relation to the implementation of Readsoft
• Ensure internal control activities are fully compliant from the implementation and work on solution to bridge any gaps identified
• Train and educate key users and end users on the new tool
• Work closely with Delivery Excellence team to provide governance on the overall project progress
• Manage team resources and backup plan to ensure service quality.
• Provide guidance and support to team in operational tasks in relation to Readsoft.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in PTP operation and payment cycle.
• Solid knowledge of accounts payable process, payment process and ERP (SAP) system.
• Experience of implementing Readsoft or any other OCR tool will be an added advantage
• Experience in a multinational company or shared services organization strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage complexity and communications.
